Three years ago, the SLOVAK UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in Bratislava established departments teaching in foreign languages. Education is provided in the following FACULTIES in English:
- Civil Engineering
- Architecture
- Mechanical Engineering
Candidates can be registered by applying to EMFASIS and paying the specified fees in the beginning of the academic year, i.e. mid of September. Since May 2004, when Slovakia had been accepted as a full member in the European Union, the certificates provided by the above Faculties are equivalent to the diploma of Metsovion Polytexnion and receive direct recognition.
